Use the option "link to off-site avatar" instead of "upload avatar from an URL" . And don't remove that picture from your photobucket album. That's what I do to get my oversized avatar to fit on forums.

Hey Frenchy,
I appologize but you are going to have to do something with that picture I tried to get it to upload but I can't there is something weird with it.... Try resizing it or try what Houka suggested....
